Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Sourcebay sells non-tangible, irrevocable digital software goods (source code files). Because buyers receive instant, complete access to download source code immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are generally considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want all buyers to have a trustworthy experience. You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• Corrupt or Missing Archive: The downloaded source code file is unreadable, corrupted, or does not extract properly, and the seller cannot provide a working fix within 48 hours.
• Severe Misrepresentation: The project is fundamentally different from what was advertised in the listing description and demo.
• Malicious Code: The project contains verified backdoors, malware, or illicit code that escaped our preliminary review.

3. Ineligible Scenarios

Refunds are not granted in situations where:

• You changed your mind after downloading the project.
• You lack the technical expertise or prerequisites clearly documented in the tech stack.
• You purchased the wrong item by mistake but have already accessed the download link.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a dispute or refund request, please email our support team within 7 days of purchase at our contact page with your Razorpay Order ID and detailed explanation of the issue. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
